Toshiba Portégé R400-S4931 - Cool Gadget

Take a look at the all new Toshiba Portégé R400-S4931, an innovative design for a laptop. The thin and sleek unit with the LCD portion that can be twisted angularly for those quick glance moments. You can also connect external monitor to this unit.

The Personal Information Assistant, as Toshiba calls it, has the ability to use Microsoft active notifications using Push Technology. What does that mean? You can now receive real-time alerts or any emails through your device without those refreshing the software stuff. Everything will be automatically taken care of.

There's even a WiFi connection integrated into the EV-DO modem. With a price range of $3500, it is on the expensive side. But hey! you can't get everything cheap, right.

Why is it so expensive? It should be plated with gold and have diamonds for silicon for that price.

I had to run out and buy a laptop last week. I am still traumatized. I had to look and look to find one without that VISTA loaded on it. Any product of Microsoft is in beta until the next OS is released. LOL

This makes me happy for the environment. Green solutions are finally going to appeal to everyone because the technology is getting more economically attractive. Solar energy, wind power, fuel cells, zap electric vehicles, EV hybrids – the future is much cleaner if we each just do our part.
